Review of Rock City, Nottingham

Buff up that medallion and grease down those leather pants – it's time to rock. Irrefutably one of the best rock clubs in the country, this huge venue is regularly packed to the rafters with rock chicks and cock-rock love gods. While the main room looks like a Spinal Tap convention, the second room adopts a more alternative music policy. One rule strictly adhered to in both rooms is that amps are cranked to 11, so earplugs are advisable if you'd like to hear anything other than dull ringing for the ensuing week.
